Wet and Blasting
The so-called wet and sand blasting is one of the surface finishing operations that blends abrasives with waters as a pump so the compound mixture can be forced onto workpiece by high air pressure to proceed the surface finishing operation. Just simply because it is wet operation, therefore it can apply finer abrasives and it is most suitable for finishing the workpieces in comolex shape.

Features:
1. Because of the water ingredient, it will not create any environmental pollution problem caused by fluttering the micro power.
2. It can remove the burrs (surface projections) and scales formed on surface and clean the surface without damaging the workingpiece.
3. The surface finishing can access a homogeneous matte finish ( spot pattern). It can contribute significantly to the finishing demand for surface roughness.
4. It only applies small shot blasting effect to the surface to be finished and improve and reinforce the material of workpiece.
5. The foreign materials after being removed will be rinsed and flushed out by the jet of water.

Dry sand blasting
The so-called dry sand blasting is one of the surface finishing operations proceeded onto workingpiece that delivers the abrasives by vacuum hose and accelerates its ejection force by compressed air. It has been intensively taken the measure design against dust into account and change the traditional concept of sand blasting machine which make it become an extremely sanitary blasting equipment. It is most suitable for those surface finishing of workpiece where wet finishing is not suitable.

Features:
1. Because of it is dry finishing, it is no need to do dehydration after the completion of sand blasting finishing and it also eliminates the consideration of rusting.
2. It can remove the burrs (surface projections ) and scales formed on surface and clean the surface without damaging the workpiece.
3. The surface finishing can access a homogeneous matte finish ( spot pattern ). It can contribute significantly to the finishing demand for surface roughness.
4. No need to take care of waste liquid treatment; ease of maintenance.
5. The finished surface is not rough by comparing with the surface produced on wet sand blasting machine.
